Not always but it helps. If you already have a clear picture of where your brand stands, we can move straight to strategy. If there is uncertainty about the gaps or the root cause, starting with a Brand Health Check gives the strategy a stronger foundation.

How long does brand strategy take?

Typically eight to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of your business, the number of markets, and the depth of research required.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

At minimum, your senior leadership team. Brand strategy decisions affect the whole business, and they need to be made at the right level and with full ownership from the top.

What happens after the strategy is done?
